I have worked in the insurance industry since 1990 and as a State Farm Agent since 1997. In my years working in State Farm claims, I served on what was called the State Farm Catastrophe Team, where I saw the difference it makes having a leading insurer behind you and the correct coverages in place for when the unexpected happens.

My team and I believe that we should treat others how we would like to be treated. The Golden Rule is what being a “Good Neighbor” is all about.

I also take pride in giving back to our community and supporting local non-profits, especially those focused on providing shelter, food and health care, such as the Northern Illinois Food Bank, Lazarus House, TriCity Family Services and Random Acts Matter. Supporting area schools and youth organizations is also important to me.

When I’m not at my office, I like making memories with friends and family. From grilling to golfing and channel surfing to sailing, we always have a great time. I also enjoy traveling for fun, adventure and education. Although I grew up in Chicago, my wife and I have lived in Geneva for over twenty five years.
