"I switched my agent last year. I have been a State Farm customer since 1966. I had one wonderful agent for almost 40 years, but she retired. State Farm gave me a brand new agent twice who were not in any way up to my expectations for State Farm. I sought opinions in my suburb and CHOSE Bill Nelson. All is right again in my insurance world. Bill is competent, knowledgeable and communicates well. His staff is well trained and available. ( not the case with the staff of the 2 newly agents SF gave me) I recommend Bill and his agency fully."

"I have home and auto and have been with them forever (couldn't even tell you how long at this point). I've had many pleasant experiences with Regina and recently I worked with Eric who is also extremely helpful and professional. Took almost no time at all to switch my insurance to a new car at a very fair price. No matter who you work with, you'll be taken care of and treated very well. 100% I recommend Bill Nelson's team. Best decision I made was, years ago, switching my home insurance from another insurer to State Farm. Long story but this crew will actually take care of you (unlike some other insurers out there).
